At Embers Ubud, we invite you to slow down and tune into the power of transformation. Our Alchemy of Nature Eco-Enzyme Workshop brings guests behind the scenes to learn how simple kitchen scraps can become potent, natural cleaners and garden boosters — all through the art of fermentation.
What the Workshop Includes
Hands-on Learning: Led by Edy (Restaurant Supervisor) or Ade (Bar Captain), this 1-hour session guides you step-by-step through the process of making eco-enzyme from fruit peels and vegetable waste.
Sustainability Education: Understand how eco-enzymes reduce household waste, purify water, and enrich soil — reflecting a circular, zero-waste mindset.
Take-Home Materials: Receive a specially designed Alchemy of Nature booklet, so you can replicate the process at home.
Optional Eco-Lunch: Extend your experience with a 2-course lunch at Embers Restaurant (or Copper Kitchen, Bar & Rooftop), prepared using seasonal, locally sourced produce.
Small Group Format: Workshops are limited to just 4 guests, ensuring a personal and immersive experience.
