On 31 December 2026, Embers presents The Midnight Fire, a five-course Mediterranean-inspired dinner and New Year’s Eve celebration bringing together bold flavors, fire-led cooking, festive cocktails, live music, and the warmth of gathering around the table.
Inspired by the vibrant culinary traditions of the Mediterranean, the evening begins with beautifully crafted courses including tender snapper carpaccio and wild mushroom cappuccino, before building toward indulgent wood-fired selections such as lobster or Wagyu striploin. A thoughtfully created vegetarian menu is also available, ensuring everyone can join the celebration.
As dinner unfolds, the atmosphere shifts into the evening’s celebration, with Smooth Acoustic live music from 9:30 PM to 12:30 AM, creating the perfect soundtrack as you count down to 2027 beneath the Ubud night sky.
